About the institution

The biography is the seed. The public canon is the gift.

Intentarium began as an ongoing collaboration between a human systems architect and persistent machine intelligence. It does not publish a digital twin. It converts approved experience into portable methods, patterns, and tools.

Autonomy without chaos

The project studies a recurring problem across technical, organizational, creative, and personal systems: how to increase useful agency without sacrificing trust, accountability, or control.

A public institution, not a chatbot

The resident intelligence will research, critique, map systems, and generate artifacts inside explicit limits. GitHub remains the authority. Agents propose; humans authorize; releases make the result attributable and rollbackable.

Open canon, paid context and implementation

The public material stays genuinely useful. Sustainable products may later charge for private context, collaboration, integrations, governance, implementation, and organizational memory—not for obscuring the core method.

Public-memory boundary

Raw private context never enters the canon automatically. Employer, customer, organizational, security, and personal experiences may inform irreversible public abstractions only after deliberate human review and safe sanitization.
